Rockstar Games describes it as specializing in modifications and hand-painted custom art for off-road vehicles, distinguishing it from the street and lowrider focus of Rideout Customs, the game's other confirmed mod shop. It was revealed alongside the rest of the Ultimate Edition bonus content ahead of pre-orders opening on 25 June 2026. The name is widely believed by fans to reference the pirate character One-Eyed Willy from the 1985 film The Goonies, though Rockstar has not confirmed this connection.
